Mayo Tuna & Teriyaki Salmon Inari Sushi


Made these last weekend for brunch. My darling Fat cheeks loves these inari sushi especially the mayo tuna ones.  This time I added some grated carrot to the rice. It gives the rice a subtle sweet after-taste and a lovely yellow hue. It's easy to put together, nutritious and yummy. Looks like I will be making these again very soon because Fat cheeks complained that I didn't make her kawaii ones like I did the last time.
