Jaffa Swiss Roll


It's been a long time since I've made swissroll. Thus far I never seem to be able to get my swissrolls right. Nevertheless, just for the fun of it I decided to give it a try again. And coz I had tons of oranges in my fridge, I added the zest of 1 orange into the batter & filled the swissroll with chocolate. Orange & chocolate never go wrong. =) The recipe I've attempted is from my previous post here. The mixed peel was replaced with 1 orange zest. Doesn't look too bad ya? =)
