Potato Patties and Ham Bun

Fat Cheeks loves the Hash Brown from McDs. This weekend, I thought we'll make our own. The ingredients are simple and after doing some reading I found out tat the secret to good crispy hash brown is to drain & squeeze the water from the potato after grating it. Add a small egg, salt, a dash of pepper,mix, shape & pan fry it! That's all to it. While mixing the mixture, more moisture surface so before I place the patties into the pan, I squeeze it again. It is indeed crisp on the outside, soft in the inside. Fat cheeks loves it much. We had honey baked ham bun with our potato patty. Lovely!
