Fish Cutlet with Japanese Curry

This is really yummy. I love japanese curry & decided to try this out. The curry seasoning is easily available at NTUCs. All I did was fry some onion, added potato, carrot, oyster mushrooms (just coz i happen to have some leftovers), water then lastly the curry seasoning. It comes in a block, so just chop it up into small pieces and add to the pot. I chose mild curry & it was mild enough for fat cheeks to enjoy. You can choose to add meat into the curry but I complimented my curry with fish cutlet. Delicious. =)
